Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody only for 6 months and 1 day and commercial quantity of contraband has been recovered from him and is involved in 7 more cases, out of which 5 are under the NDPS Act, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 2.

Ordered accordingly.
