(Oral) Petition herein is, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents No. 1 to 3 to restrain respondents No. 4 & 5 from constructing a religious place in Industrial Zone area at Bhogiwal road, District Malerkotla, without approval of the site map and without obtaining the required NOC/CLU from respondent No.3, and in violation of master plan.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies, in accordance with law. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
