This is a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Safidon, vide which prayer for ad interim injunction to the petitioner has been declined. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the law laid by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in A. Venkatasubiah Naidu Vs. S. Chellappan reported as AIR 2000 SC 3032, petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law. 3.
