Main case The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.236 dated 14.09.2022 registered under Sections 302, 323, 343 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana.

At the very outset, learned State Counsel on instructions, submits that the prosecution evidence has already been concluded and statements under Section 313 Cr.P.C. have been recorded and the case is now fixed for defence evidence.

In view of the stage of the trial, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the instant petition. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
