The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.233, dated 29.09.2025 under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 (Section 29 NDPS added later on) , registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur.

This Court vide order dated 08.01.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 08.01.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
