Learned counsel submits that the alleged occurrence had taken place, the petitioners had made a call to the helpline number of the PCR, screenshot whereof has been appended as Annexure P-1, photographs and CCTV footage, as Annexure P-2, with regard to which, complaints dated 27.08.2025 and 08.09.2025 were also submitted, however, the FIR against them came to be lodged on 04.09.2025 but no action on the complaints submitted by them was taken, which led to filing yet another complaint dated 27.10.2025, with regard to the incident that had taken place on 27.08.2025. He on instructions states that the petitioners would be satisfied, if a time bound direction may be given to the respondents to decide the complaint dated 27.10.2025, Annexure P-6 in a time bound manner. 2.
