Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody only for 3 months and 29 days and is involved in 11 more cases and is not at parity with his co-accused Prashanta Majumdar @ Prashant Majumdar, who has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2025, Annexure P-2, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
