(ORAL) At this stage, counsel for the respondents submits that transfer application has been filed, while naming the Court, where the case is pending and the same is sought to be transferred to any other Court. However, it is submitted that the Presiding Officer, before whom the case is pending, has to retire on 30.04.2026, whereas, the date fixed in the case is 18.05.2026.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, since the Presiding Officer will not be dealing with the requisite case, till her retirement, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application and the same be dismissed, as having become infructuous.
