(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.180 dated 10.11.2025 under Sections 114, 308(5), 351(3), 61(2) and 190 of BNS registered at Police Station Doraha, District Ludhiana, Punjab. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 19.01.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 19.01.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 19.01.2026 is made absolute.
