    56Learned counsel contends that the allegation with regard to sending the husband of the complainant abroad are relating to year 2021, however, the FIR has been got lodged after a period of four years. There is no amount that the petitioner has received in his account. The allegation with regard to Rs.40,000/- referred to in the FIR is from the commission agent of the petitioner, as he is an agriculturist. He has been falsely implicated due to the fact that his land is adjacent to that of husband of the complainant. There is no medical referred to in the FIR with regard to the allegation of rape. No other case is pending against the petitioner. He has no concerned with the business of travel agency and is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Learned State counsel as well as counsel for the complainant made their respective submissions in opposition. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the MOHIT 2026.04.02 18:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-72282-2025 (O&M) -2investigation on or before 30.03.2026. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) BNSS.

However, it is clarified that if the petitioner does not join and cooperate with the Investigating Agency as required by the Arresting/Investigating Officer, this interim order shall be deemed to have been vacated.
