(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.05 dated 03.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 111, 318(4) of BNS registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 13.02.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 13.02.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
