(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.316 dated 03.12.2021 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station Mandi, Gobindgarh, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already furnished an affidavit stating that he does not have the original Will of the deceased-Ashok Kumar. Further, the petitioner has joined the investigation pursuant to the interim order dated 14.01.2026 passed by this Court.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 14.01.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
