This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 08.05.2025 passed in CWP-15467-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents has filed a compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Punnerdeep Singh Brar, Chief Engineer (Electrical), PSPCL, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned counsel has further pointed out that the order dated 08.05.2025 has since been complied with. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
