Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in terms of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-1), the retiral benefits were already granted and considering the representation of the petitioner, order dated 20.02.2026 has been passed by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Health Department. Copy of the order dated 20.02.2026 has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, the instant contempt petition has rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. 3.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
