Petitioner Ravi has filed instant petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.318 dated 07.10.2021 under Sections 370, 376 (2) (N), 201 of IPC and Section 75 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 and Section 6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Ram Nagar, District Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the instant petition as he intends to file fresh with better particulars, therefore, he withdraws the same. In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
