On 22.12.2025, following order was passed by this Court:- "i) By filing present petition, under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners seek necessary protection of their lives and personal liberty in view of the fact that they are living in a live-in relationship and are under eminent threats at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7.

ii) It is noticed that Petitioner No. 2- Mehroona, is a resident of District Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.

iii) Respondent/State is directed to ascertain how Petitioner No. 2 came into contact with Petitioner No. 1, who is residing in District Kurukshetra. Credentials of the petitioners shall also be verified.

iv) List on 09.01.2026"
