(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of case bearing FIR No.406 dated 23.07.2021 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 427, 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sector 32-33, District Karnal on the basis of compromise deed dated 30.07.2021.

Vide order date 22.12.2025, the parties were directed to appar before the Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate to get their statements recorded. 3.

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, a report vide memo No.697 dated 02.04.2026 has been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karnal, wherein it is reported that none of the parties have chosen to appear before the Trial Court for getting their statements recorded. 4.

Besides, there is no representation on behalf of either of the parties, it seems that the compromise between the parties has not been fructified.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. 6.
