The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0288 dated 24.11.2025 registered under Sections 29, 15(b) of NDPS, at Police Station Kalan Wali, District Dabwali, Haryana.

This Court vide order dated 12.01.2026 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 12.01.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel has filed status report, which is taken on record and on instructions from SI-Jagar Singh, has stated that the petitioner has since joined investigation and that he is no longer required for further investigation as of now.

In view of the above, the order dated 12.01.2026 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
