***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) As observed in the previous order, compliance of paragraphs No.7 and 8 of the settlement reached between the parties, was not made. However, today, the gold articles have been returned in consonance with terms of paragraph No.7 of the settlement. Also, it has been stated by both the counsel that compliance of paragraph No.8 of the settlement, has also been made.

In view of the settlement so reached, the applicant as well as the counsel have given a statement that they do not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
