   / '  * + 0       12 3Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case, even otherwise the allegations against him are of being a part of the unlawfull assembly, while injury being allegedly inflicted to brother of the complainant-Shiva is attributed to co-accused Vishal. Similarly circumstanced co-accused Rohit has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2025, Annexure P-3. He is not involved in any other case and is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 05.01.2026. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) BNSS.
