Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No.224, dated 13.12.2025, registered u/s 406, 420 & 506 of IPC, lodged at P.S. Garhi, District Jind (Annexure P-17), and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

As the instant case has been registered a few days back, i.e., on 13.12.2025, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition, at this stage.
