He is involved in two FIRs and has since been disinhereted on 15.07.2025 i.e. prior to lodging of this FIR. They have been falsely implicated in the present case only on account of the aforesaid relationship. They are not involved in any other case. The petitioners are ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioners are directed to join the investigation on or before 06.01.2026. In the event of their arrest, they shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions MOHIT 2026.02.11 17:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
