The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.176 dated 06.12.2025 registered under Sections 316(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Ranjit Avenue, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required in this case.

Learned State counsel has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and, on instructions from ASI Sawinder Pal Singh further submits that the petitioners have joined the GEETA RANI 2026.02.11 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 22.12.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
