Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.67, dated 23.07.2019, under Sections 365 of IPC (sections 302, 120-B, 201 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Kheri Gandian, District Patiala. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate in the Court today and the same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, submits that out of total 19 prosecution witnesses, 10 have already been examined, 7 were given up, and only 02 remain to be examined. 4.

Considering that the trial is at its fag end, this Court refrains from entertaining the prayer for regular bail made by the petitioner through present petition.
