, -./ The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to produce the detenue-Sunita from the illegal detention of respondents No.4 to 6. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 19.12.2025 the detenue-Sunita has been produced before this Court by Lady Constable Ms. Sarabjit Kaur.

It is informed by the parties that the petitioner-Gurbinder Singh and detenue-Sunita have already solemnized a marriage and that she is currently residing with Gurbinder Singh.
