The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to consider his complaints dated 10.02.2021 and 12.04.2022 against officers of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (for short 'HSVP') . 2.
