#  "In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 08.01.2025, Annexure P"19, within a period of 3 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon."

That in due compliance of the order dated 22.01.2026 passed by this Hon'ble High Court in COCP No. 6309 of 2025, it is submitted that as per the direction given by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.04.2025 passed in CWP No. 9888 of 2025, the office of the deponent after considering all the facts and rule sent the case of the petitioner for revised D.A. to the Finance Department, Punjab, vide office letter No. A.O./A"3/7306, dated 08.08.2025 and after receiving the approval on 09.01.2026 given by the Finance Department of Punjab the office of the deponent sent the same to the District Treasury, Chandigarh for payment of D.A. @ 412% from 01.11.2024 as per 5th and 6th pay commission and information of the same also sent to the petitioner vide letter No. Α.Ο./Α"3/444 dated 19.01.2026. The copy of the letter is Annexure R"1.

The District Treasury officer, Punjab, Chandigarh sent the case of the petitioner to the Manager, Punjab National Bank, Sector" 17B/CPPC, Sector 16, Chandigarh for further necessary action vide his letter dated 20.01.2026. the copy of the same is attached herewith as Annexure R"2."
