Learned counsel for the petitioner-financial institution, at the very outset, prays for withdrawal of this petition, as the cause raised herein has become infructuous in view of the fact that the application u/s 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, "the SARFAESI Act"), pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawanshar, has already been decided vide order dated 18.12.2025.
