The present civil revision petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure P-6), passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Phul, whereby the application under Section 28 of the Specific Relief Act, filed by the petitioners, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the present petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, being not pressed. 4.

All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
