Learned counsel for the petitioner, while placing reliance upon the averments made in paragraph No.4 of the application bearing CRM123-2026, has restricted his prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner on medical grounds for a period of 3 months. Learned counsel for the petitioner in order to buttress his arguments has relied upon the order dated 24.12.2025 and 23.12.2025 (Annexure A-4 and A-5, respectively) whereby NAVEEN NAGPAL 2026.01.21 18:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment HIgh Court Chandigarh

the petitioner has been afforded the concession of interim regular bail on medical grounds.

" has opposed the plea on the ground that the petitioner is an accused of serious offence and hence, he ought not to be granted the concession of regular bail.

Keeping in view the factual milieu of the case in hand, especially the factum that the petitioner having been granted the concession of interim regular bail on medical grounds in the connected cases by a Co-ordinate Bench, this Court is also inclined to grant the same. Ergo, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail for a period of 3 months from today. Upon completion of the said period, the petitioner shall cause appearance before the concerned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate. In case, the petitioner does not surrender within the above stipulation period, the said Court shall take appropriate action to take the petitioner into custody. The concerned
