P a g e | 2 the petitioner has been afforded the concession of interim regular bail on medical grounds.

7! " has opposed the plea on the ground that the petitioner is an accused of serious offence and hence, he ought not to be granted the concession of regular bail.

Keeping in view the factual milieu of the case in hand, especially the factum that the petitioner having been granted the concession of interim regular bail on medical grounds in the connected cases by a Co-ordinate Bench, this Court is also inclined to grant the same. Ergo, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail for a period of 3 months from today. Upon completion of the said period, the petitioner shall cause appearance before the concerned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate. In case, the petitioner does not surrender within the above stipulation period, the said Court shall take appropriate action to take the petitioner into custody. The concerned "

shall also render all assistance to the said Court for this purpose.
