During the checking time at about 10:50 pm on 09.03.2025 one Vehicle brand Endeavour PB-65-AF-0009 car going from Bassi Pathana side to the Sanghol side were intercepted by the Police team in which total 3 accused namely Parminder Singh @ Pinda in the driving seat, Jashanjot Singh @ Jas was in the conductor seat and accused Rajvir @ Raja (petitioner in CRM-M-73580-2025) was sitting on the rear seat.

During search of the vehicle black plastic bag was found near the gear of car from which 380 narcotic tablets were recovered by the police team. However, on receipt report of the chemical examiner dated 30.04.2025 declaring the presence MAHIMA 2026.03.11 20:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh of 302.48 grams of Tramadol, salt was found.

Petitioner is in custody for only a period of 07 months. No ground for bail at this stage.

Faced with this situation learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this present petition at this stage. 5.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for.

However, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition seeking bail after completion of one year incarceration.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of another connected case.
