The present writ petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted representation dated 29.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
