Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the Writ Court order 15.09.2025 stands complied with inasmuch as Government Sanction Orders have been issued by the respondents; and Pension Payment Order shall be issued in due course. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes that the Pension Payment Order shall be issued once petitioner effects compliance with the mandatory conditions for release of the pension. 3.

Copy of Government Sanction Order dated 22.05.2026 handed over in Court, is taken on record.

In view of the facts noted above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition; and the same stands disposed of, accordingly.
