(Oral) At this stage, counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 has brought to the notice of the court that the execution earlier pending before learned Executing Court, has since been withdrawn, wherein statement of decree holder, Jaswant Singh, has been recorded, thereby stating about the execution being partly satisfied, after reserving his right to recover the decretal amount by filing fresh execution. Copy of the order has been supplied today, which is taken on record.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the order of withdrawal, if need be. Ordered accordingly.
