***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents No. 2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action on complaint/representation dated 28.10.2024 (Annexure P-7) filed by petitioner against respondent No.7.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedies, in accordance with law. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
