ASHWANI KUMAR MISHRA, J. (ORAL) The grievance raised in the petition is with regard to imposition of penalty of Rs.5 lacs for leaving the MBBS course in the 1st year itself. 2.

It transpires that the petitioner has already made a representation to the College, which is being accorded consideration. 3.

In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition be disposed of with a direction upon the authorities to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.

Such prayer is not opposed by learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 3.
