This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 08.08.2025 passed in CWP-22962-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 states that a speaking order dated 09.01.2026 has since been passed. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
