By way of present petition, petitioner - Arun Puggal @ Monu Pugal, aged 47 years, is seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to decide the representation dated 14.11.2025 (Annexure P-6) and to take action under the appropriate provisions of law against respondents No.5 to 11, who committed fraud, cheating, criminal trespass and for extending continuous threats to the petitioner and his family members qua their lives and liberty. Besides, prayer has also been made for issuing direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents No.5 to 11 and their supports. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedies, as are available to the petitioner, under the law.
