This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in CWP-35081-2024. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Surender Kumar, Deputy Inspector General, at Adhoc Sector Headquarters Border Security Force, Manipur has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, order dated 16.01.2026 (Annexure R-1) has also been appended. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of the compliance report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present contempt petition. However, he seeks liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. Rule stands discharged.
