(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.646 dated 07.11.2025 registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS, 2023 and Section 24 of Immigration Act at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.04.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 21.04.2026. is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on JITESH LAL 2026.07.03 14:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
