(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.140 dated 08.10.2025 registered under Sections 310(2), 331(4), 324(4), 351(1), 115(2), 125 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Ranjit Avenue, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petition has rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already been arrested and he has moved an application for grant of regular bail.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
