VIKAS BAHL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the State has submitted that there is nothing adverse against the antecedents of Kanta, who has filed the present petition for the minor as next friend. It is submitted that the statements of the minor as well as her parents have been recorded, as per which there is no threat to the minor and the minor is residing with her parents. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the above, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and the same be disposed of as not pressed.

Disposed of as not pressed.
