  This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.17 dated 28.03.2025, registered under Section(s) 115(2), 109, 351(3), 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Dharamgarh, District Sangrur and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 20.11.2025.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
