HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent to treat the petitioners as regular and pass a formal order, regularizing their services w.e.f. the date of their initial appointments after adding a period of 18 months on account of requirement of rules or any other date and grant them regular pay as per rules along with interest and notional benefits including seniority and promotion and pension.

Learned counsel for the respondent has supplied the correct particulars of the petitioners to counsel for the petitioners in the Court itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition with better particulars.
