Petition herein is, filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing of order/notice dated 25.09.2025 (Annexure P-2); order dated 06.10.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by Municipal Council, Naya Gaon and order dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development), Mohali.

Mr. Ashish Verma, Advocate appears and files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.4 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition, at this stage, as the property of petitioner already stands sealed and the petitioner has availed remedy of appeal against the same, which is pending consideration before learned Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development), Mohali. 4.

It goes without saying that the petitioner would be at liberty to raise all the pleas as available to him, in accordance with law, which shall be considered by the concerned authorities and an appropriate order would be passed thereon after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, in accordance with law.
