The challenge enclosed in the instant writ petition is to the order dated 23.05.2025 passed by the respondent No.4, whereby the claim of the petitioner for regularization has been denied. 2.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the competent respondent to decide the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025 (Annexure P-7) within a stipulated time period.

Mr. Sahil R. Bakshi, A.A.G., Punjab, who is in receipt of an advance copy of the writ petition and represents the respondents, submits that there is no objection in case a direction is issued to the competent respondent to decide the representation (supra) within a stipulated time period.

CWP-39561-2025 writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the competent respondent, amongst the respondents, to take a final decision on the representation (supra) within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to file an additional representation, citing therein the judicial pronouncements upon which he seeks to rely in support of his case. 5.

Disposed of accordingly.
