Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 20.11.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh in case titled as "State Vs. Mukesh @ Nimbu and others" bearing FIR No.387 dated 21.12.2017, registered under Sections 341 & 392 read with Section 34 IPC (Sections 411, 473 and 395 IPC added later on), at Police Station West Sector 11, Chandigarh, whereby bail of the petitioner was cancelled and bail-bonds were forfeited to the State on account of his nonappearance before the Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 09.01.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail. She further submits that costs of Rs.10,000/- has also been deposited by the petitioner. 3.

Since the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 09.01.2026 (ibid) is made absolute. 6.

However, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
