SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus to release the detenue, namely, Pardeep Kaur daughter of the petitioner from the illegal custody of private respondents No.4 to 6.
