This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in CWP-28228-2025. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Ms. Harkirat Kaur Channe, Director School Education (Elementary), Punjab has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order dated 03.02.2026 (Annexure R-1) has also been appended. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say, the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail her remedies as available in law.
