Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the possession notice dated 05.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the property bearing khasra No.501 (11-3) for taking physical possessions of the property of the petitioner held on 09.11.2018, which was purchased from respondent Nos.5 and 6 through registered sale deed (Annexure P-2) issued by respondent Nos.1 and 2.

For challenging the impugned notice (Annexures P-1) issued by the Duty Magistrate, Pathankot, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition, with liberty to avail the remedy before an appropriate Forum, available to him under the relevant law.
